As each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

All live plants come with general care instructions. Once the plants are in your care, we are not liable for the life of the plant. Should a plant be in poor condition upon delivery after shipping, please immediately (within 1 day of package being delivered) send an email with to pinefloraco@gmail.com with photos. If this issue isn't communicated within 1 day of delivery, we are not responsible for the state of the plant. 

Pine Flora is not responsible for delays in shipping. All orders are shipped out within 5 business days (excluding holidays) via Expedited Shipping services from Canada Post. Tracking will be provided for all shipped orders.
