RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
As each individual item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, exchanges and returns are not accepted. 

PLANTS: 
All live plants (air plants and succulents) come with general care instructions. Once the products are in your care, we are not responsible for plant health. Should a plant be in poor condition upon delivery after shipping, please immediately (within 1 day of package being delivered) send an email to pinefloraco@gmail.com with photos. If this issue isn't communicated within 1 day of delivery, we are not liable for the state of the plant. 

SHIPPING:
Pine Flora is not responsible for delays in shipping. All orders are shipped out within 5 business days (excluding holidays) via Expedited Shipping services from Canada Post. Tracking will be provided for all shipped orders.
