RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
As each individual item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, exchanges and returns are not accepted. 

PLANTS: 

WHEN SHIPPING IN THE WINTER, ADDING A HEAT PACK FOR YOUR PLANTS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 

Pine Flora is not responsible for the state of the plant upon arrival if your order is being shipped and you did not add a heat pack to your order during the winter months.

All live plants (air plants and succulents) come with general care instructions. Once the products are in your care, we are not responsible for plant health. Should a plant be in poor condition upon delivery after shipping, please immediately (within 1 day of package being delivered) send an email to pinefloraco@gmail.com with photos. If this issue isn't communicated within 1 day of delivery, we are not liable for the state of the plant. 

SHIPPING:
Pine Flora is not responsible for delays in shipping. All orders are shipped out within 5 business days (excluding holidays) via Expedited Shipping services from Canada Post, UPS or another reputable shipping service. Tracking will be provided for all shipped orders.
